8.1.1 Why can't I receive a bank or verification code message?
Check whether you have installed a security or phone manager application. If so, the message
may be blocked by the application.
Please send a message to yourself and check whether you can send and receive that message.
A: If you can't send or receive the message, restart your phone and try again. If the problem is
solved after you restart the phone, please report this issue to the Huawei customer service or
authorized Huawei service center. If the problem persists, please contact your carrier to check
whether the SIM card and your phone's services are working properly.
B. If you can receive the message, the bank message has not been sent to your phone (the
bank or your carrier hasn't sent the message). In this case, contact the bank and your carrier
for solutions.
C: If you can't receive the message, contact your carrier and check whether it has sent the
message correctly (check with the carrier whether the SMS center has a record of sending the
message).
8.1.2 How do I set delivery reports for messages?
Delivery reports is disabled by default, but you can manually enable it, as shown in the
following figure.
