9.1.1 Why does my phone show I have a 4G signal, but I can't
make calls?

Check whether you are using a non-standard nano-SIM card or a manually cut SIM card.
If so, replace it with a standard one from a service counter.

Move your phone to a place with better signal reception and try again.

Restart your phone or update it to the latest version.
9.1.2 Does my phone support directional handsfree calls?
Yes. When you are in a handsfree call, touch the directional icon in the upper right corner to
enable directional handsfree mode.
In a normal handsfree call, sounds are collected from all directions. Therefore, the peripheral
noises may affect the call quality. In directional handsfree mode, the sound collection is
directional with the range of 120 degrees below the phone added and other directions
suppressed, reducing noise interferences. This allows you to have a handsfree call while
watching the TV without letting the TV sound affect your call quality.
9.1.3 Does my phone support virtual HD call?
Yes. To enable it, go to Dialer > Menu > Settings > turn on Virtual HD call.
