4.7 Other issues
4.7.1 After I update my phone system, why does an application
exit when I open it?
Reinstall the application.
4.7.2 When I am installing an application, why does the install
button gray out?
Check whether you have installed any eye protection application on your phone.
If yes, close it before you install the application. If no, restart your phone and try again.
4.7.3 Why can't I install some applications?

If you can't install an application, the installation package may be incomplete or
damaged. Delete it and download a new one.

The applications from a certain app market may be faulty.

The applications may be already installed on your phone. Uninstall them and try again.
