11.4 After I plug a headset into my phone, why does the
phone display: Incompatible headset, may not work
properly?
This might be because you plugged the headset into your phone too slowly or didn't plug it all
the way in. As a result, your phone mistook it for a TRS headset and displayed that alert. This
notification will not affect the actual usage of the headset. It is recommended that you unplug
the headset and plug it in again, or press a button on the headset, and then the alert will
disappear.
