5.3 Does my phone support the 5 GHz Wi-Fi frequency
band?
Yes.
5.4 Does my phone support Bluetooth aptX?
No.
5.5 Does my phone support infrared remote control?
No.
5.6 Why can't I access the files on my phone on my
computer? I can see the disk icon, but there are no files in
it.
After connecting your phone to your computer, unlock the phone, swipe down from the status
bar and select Photos or Files on the notification panel to display the files on the disk (your
phone folder) on your computer.
5.7 Why doesn't my phone recognize my microSD card?
1. Try the microSD card on other phones. If it still doesn't work, then the microSD card is
damaged. It is recommended that you replace it with a new one.
If the microSD card works on other phones but not on the Huawei Mate 8, it is recommended
that you take the phone to an authorized Huawei service center to inspect the microSD card
slot.
