If the microSD card is damaged or faulty, you may not be able to find or view your photos 
properly. 
7.1.6 Why is the orientation of photos taken by the camera 
incorrect? 
Open the viewfinder, align each of the four edges downward with the table top and check 
whether the icon at the top of the viewfinder moves with the camera movement. 
If yes, your phone is working properly. Please try taking photos again. 
If no, take your phone to an authorized Huawei service center for inspection. 
7.1.7 Why can't I find photos in Gallery? Why is the list of 
pre-installed ringtones empty? 
Go to Settings > Apps > Menu > Show system > Media storage and check whether these 
applications are disabled. If so, touch Enable and restart your phone.

Yes in beauty mode but not Perfect selfie.

Why does the focal length change all the time? 
In all-focus mode, the camera needs to take one photo at each focal length, so it takes longer 
to take a photo than in other modes. 
After taking one photo at a focal length, the camera moves to the next focal length and takes 
another one, and keeps going on in this way. Therefore, you can see why the focal length 
changes.
