S3900-SI Series Ethernet Switches only support AC power
input; S3900-EI Series Ethernet Switches support both AC
and DC power input.

Rated voltage: 100 to 240 VAC; 50 to 60 Hz
Max. tolerance: 90 to 264 VAC; 50 to 60 Hz
DC:
Rated voltage: -48 to -60 VDC.
Max. voltage: -36 to -72 VDC.
The S3928P-PWR-EI/S3952P-PWR-EI can only use PoE
external power supply recommended by Huawei-3Com as the
DC-input, otherwise, the device can be damaged.
S3928P-PWR-EI/S3952P-PWR-EI DC-input voltage ranges
from -52 to -55 VDC; S3928P-PWR-EI input current is 12 A,
and S3952P-PWR-EI input current is 19.5 A.
S3928P-PWR-EI/S3952P-PWR-EI AC-input current is 7 A.
