PRESETTING STATIONS
The station preset push-buttons let
you choose and set favorite
stations. Each of the push-buttons
can be set to program one AM,
one FM1 and one FM2 station:
1. Press BAND to select AM, FM1
or FM2.
2. Tune in the station.
3. Press AUTO EQ repeatedly to
choose one of several preset
equalization settings that suit
different kinds of music or
radio stations.
See "Equalization Settings" ear-
lier in this section for more in-
formation.
4. Press and hold one of the
push-buttons until you hear a
beep. Whenever you push
that button again, the preset
station will return.
Repeat these steps for each push-
button.
DISPLAY CONTROL
Press DISP to recall the frequency
of the station being played and to
display the clock.
If the ignition is off, pressing DISP
will display the clock.
If playing the radio, press DISP to
display the preset station or the
equalization setting.
If playing a compact disc, press
DISP to toggle the display
between the track number and the
elapsed time.
