Repair Instructions
CHASSIS
Removing Driver's Seat
WARNING!
The seat is heavy and can fall if let
go. Secure it from falling. Risk of
personal injury.

Wire cutters 1
1. Tilt the seat back.
2. Cut the cable ties and loosen the connection (1).
3. Secure the seat from falling back when the stay
(2) and hinge (4) are loosened.
4. Unhook the stay (2) from the frame recess rst,
then from the seat.
5. Loosen the two hinges (4) and lift away
the seat.
6. Reassemble the seat in the reverse order.
7. Check the safety breaker after assembly.

Changing Throttle Cable

1. Pull back on the throttle control (1) to its end
position.
2. Remove the side cover.
3. Open the engine cover.
4. Loosen one or both lock nuts (6) on the throttle
cable fastening on the engine control arm.
Remove the air cleaner if necessary to make
room.
5. Pull the throttle cable (4) through to the right
side. Note the route of the cable through the
machine.
6. Press the throttle cable (4) out of the cable
holder (5).
7. If it is difcult to access, loosen the throttle
control. First remove the plastic knob on the
control bracket. Then unscrew the bracket.
