List of parts for the optional end protector, including protector and screws.
List of parts for the optional end bumper, including retainer, caps, and bumper.
Prepare merchandiser by removing components like shelves, panels, and pins, and checking for level.
Install nut retainers on the left-hand end of the merchandiser as shown in Figure 2.
Verify nut retainers are in place on the right-hand end and remove alignment pins.
Apply donut gasket to the left end frame as shown in Figure 4A, Part 1.
Apply wider foam tape gasket to the right end frame as shown in Figure 4A, Part 2.
Apply donut gasket to the left end of RLNI as shown in Figure 5A, Part 1.
Apply donut, 1-inch, and 1/2-inch gaskets to the right end of RLNI as shown.
Apply donut gasket to the left end of RLT as shown in Figure 5C, Part 1.
Apply donut, 1-inch, and 1/2-inch gaskets to the right end of RLT as shown.
Remove bumper, retainers, and lift front panel to access wireway components for heater wiring.
Secure glass end assembly, route wiring through grommet, and insert plug/button.
Attach the left side of the glass end assembly to the merchandiser using cap screws.
Position and fasten the center end trim flush against the installed side.
Attach the right side of the glass end assembly and route wiring into the wireway.
Fasten the RLT solid end assembly and connect anti-sweat heater wiring to the terminal block.
Connect anti-sweat heater wiring to the terminal block according to Figure 11 diagram.
Fasten the solid end assembly to the merchandiser using cap screws as shown in Figure 12.
Attach the left side of the solid end assembly to the merchandiser.
Position and fasten the center end trim flush against the installed side.
Attach the right side of the solid end assembly and route wiring into the wireway.
Fasten the lower front section for all models except RLT using cap screws and nuts.
Insert and align 'J' molding between door frame and end assembly, fasten with screws.
Align and fasten the end splashguard with the front splashguard, trimming if necessary.
Attach the bumper end cover to the merchandiser front bumper retainer using screws.
Install starter bumper on the merchandiser front bumper retainer as shown.
Attach end valance and brackets to the merchandiser using screws as shown.
Fasten end protector to the end using screws, with locations varying by tread pattern.
Position retainer, place rear/front end caps, and fasten with screws.
Slide the end bumper into the retainer and push down until it engages.
