IBM Cluster Manager Standard Edition
IBM Cluster Manager Standard Edition manages single static clusters. It is an
easy-to-use, powerful cluster management software that improves the
productivity of Technical Computing users by reducing the cluster management
complexity. The Standard Edition includes the following features:
It delivers a comprehensive set of cluster provisioning, monitoring, and
reporting capabilities for technical computing users.
Automates the deployment of the operating system, software components,
and complex activities, such as, provisioning and maintaining a cluster.
By using a centralized user interface, system administrators can manage
complex clusters as a single system from anywhere. A next-generation web
portal provides a single point of access into the cluster, which makes it easy
to manage complex cluster as a single system.
All of the functions that are required to operate a cluster are installed at the
same time and are tightly integrated.
