3.7 Fan and Power Controller
FPC controls the power budget, gives the power permission to each node, and
controls the speed of the fans. The FPC is installed inside the chassis and is
accessible from the rear of the chassis, as shown in Figure 3-12. The FPC is a
hot-swap component, as indicated by the orange handle.
