Bad Accuracy Without a Laser Catch (cont.)
Redo the bucket calibration.
If only the tilt accuracy is bad:
Redo the tilt bucket calibration. You’ll first need to delete the existing tilt calibration through the machine parameters by un-checking the appropriate box.
If the tilt accuracy is still bad, follow one more time very accurately the instructions in the “Tilt How-to” document and do it again. The assignments and
orthogonal orientations of Tilt A & B to each other is crucial.
Bad Accuracy After Laser Catch Only
Check the rotating lasers accuracy & calibration.
Make sure that there’s no reflection of the laser beam.
Re-measure the AB & AC laser receiver calibration measurements and compare with the values entered in the machine parameter section.
If the values are off more that ± .4” (1cm) you should change the values manually or re-calibrate the laser receiver using the automatic
laser receiver calibration.
Try an on-grade (“fine”) laser catch. If there is a difference to the catch results with the “medium” setting, the Combo Sensor needs to be
changed.
Cbox Doesn’t Boot – LED Display is Working
Is the Control Box connected to the cradle holder correctly, not accidently put in upside down?
Are the connectors that snap the Control Box into place in good condition?
