Machine & Bucket Calibration Check for Elevation
• Place the bucket on a solid spot in front of the machine with the bucket fully open.
• Lock the center tooth on the main working screen by taping on the center tooth on the bucket symbol on the left hand side of the screen.
• Mark the spot on the ground where the bucket’s center is placed.
• Set “0” as the elevation on the Control Box.
• Raise the bucket approximately 6 ft (2m) higher.
• Close the bucket to an approximate floating position.
• Place the bucket tip/edge precisely vertical over the marked reference point on the ground.
• Measure from the reference spot up to the center of the bucket tip/blade.
• Compare the measurement with the reading on the screen.
• Being 1/3 inch (1 cm) off is fine.
