Digging a 15 ft wide footing using the Reach function

• Place the bucket tip/edge on the reference
spot and enter 15 ft if you want to dig
towards the machine or enter in -15 ft if
you want to dig away from the machine.
• Click on the green check mark to validate.
• Here a value of 15 ft has been entered and
the operator will dig towards the machine.
• NOTE – You cannot move the machine and
have the system adapt to the movement.
You are limited to the reach of the
machine once a value has been set into
the system.
• Here a value of -15 ft has been entered
and the operator will dig away from the
machine.
• NOTE – The bottom, horizontal LED bar
will guide you for reach now.
