Position air ventilation ring with the shoulder pointing up. Push on the large ball bearing and
knock it down against the stop with the plastic mallet.
Insert the discs and plug on the cylinder. The notch in the cylinder must face towards the
large bearing.
Push cylinder and rotor simultaneously into air motor housing. The notch on the outside of
the cylinder must be in line with the threaded bores in the air motor housing (viewed from te
front to the right of the chamfer)
Assemble the air motor cover and fasten it with 4 screws M3 x 8.
Incorrect assembly of the air motor may lead to damage and/or power loss.
