2 Operation
2.1 General
The IMS Cutter MICROlight is a device for performing cutting work for the purpose of
pressureless pipe or line renovation. The device can be used to open inliners after
renovation and remove obstacles (roots, protruding seals, offsets, deposits or the like).
Commissioning of the IMS Cutter MICROlight requires provision of the cutter, itself, possibly
a push rod, as well as nitrogen charging equipment and the required media. The cutter
consists of the following assemblies:
