If the winch on your IMT Construction Equipment won't operate in either direction, begin by checking the operating pressure at valve inlet, Port G. Then, inspect and adjust the main relief valve (Valve G), ensuring the pressure setting is at 3000 psi -0/+100 psi. If the unit has outriggers, check and adjust the outrigger relief valve, targeting a pressure setting of 3500 psi. Engage the proportional valve (Valve A) manual override during operation. If the winch then operates, verify power to Valve A and inspect it for contamination. Repeat this process by engaging the winch on/off control valve (Valve B) manual override.
