A100 - Clean cooling lubricant outlet on clamping cylinder
Orientation
During machining, the cooling flow flushes small chips through the spindle in the
direction of the clamping cylinder. Therefore, the cooling lubricant outlet on the
clamping cylinder must be cleaned at regular intervals.
Procedure
1. Disassemble the machine enclosure in the area ofthe spindles.
2.
Example: Cooling lubricant outlet, G160
Remove any screws (X) and the acrylic glass cover on the cooling lubricant
tank.
3. Clean cooling lubricant collection bin.
4. For assembly, follow the steps in reverse order. Ensure proper cleanliness
during the installation.
