What to do if my Inficon D-TEK Stratus Security Sensors unit turns on but doesn't detect refrigerant?

There could be several reasons: 1. The unit may not have completed warm-up. Wait for 45 to 90 seconds until warm-up is complete. 2. The filter might be clogged, restricting airflow. Replace the filter cartridge. 3. The pump may have failed. Listen for the pump sound. If there's no sound and the battery is charged, contact INFICON.
