  There could be several reasons: 1. The unit may not have completed warm-up. Wait for 45 to 90 seconds until warm-up is complete. 2. The filter might be clogged, restricting airflow. Replace the filter cartridge. 3. The pump may have failed. Listen for the pump sound. If there's no sound and the battery is charged, contact INFICON.

  This could be due to: 1. A covered exhaust port. Make sure the exhaust port is not covered. 2. An incorrectly installed sensor. Verify that the refrigerant sensor is installed, not the CO sensor.
