The Manager, Supervisor, and Clerk passwords are alphanumeric and 7
characters in length. The password can consist of any mix of alphabetic
and/or numeric characters.
Manager, Supervisor, and Clerk passwords cannot be locked out, and
do not expire.
Setting Up Your Passwords
Your default Admin name is 1, and pre-set Admin
password is 1234567P. To change your Admin password,
please call the Global Payments Customer Care Centre.
To Setup or change the Manager password, Supervisor password, or
Clerk password:
1. At the idle screen, press [.,#*] for the Admin Menu
2. Key in the Admin name and press [Enter]
3. Key in the Admin password and press [Enter]
4. Press [F2] to scroll down till Security is highlighted and press
[Enter]
5. Press [F2] to scroll down to highlight PWParams and press [Enter]
6. Select the password to be changed (1 – PWManager for manager
password; 2 – PWSup for supervisor password; 3 – PWClerk for
clerk password) and then press [Enter]
7. Terminal prompts Enter Password
8. Key in new password and press [Enter]
9. Press [Cancel] to return to the idle screen
Your default pre-set Manager Password, Supervisor
Password, and Clerk Password are all 1234567.
If you forget your password, call the Global Payments Customer Care
Centre at 1-800-461-6682.
