Delete All Clerk IDs
This option allows you to delete all previously entered clerks. The Clerk
IDs can only be deleted if there are no pending (i.e. unsettled)
transactions.
1. At idle menu press [.,#*] for the Admin menu
2. Key in Admin name then press [Enter]
3. Key in Admin password then press [Enter]
4. Select 1 to highlight Clerk Menu
5. Select 2 to highlight Delete ID. Terminal will display “ALL” and
“ONE”.
6. Select “ALL” to delete all Clerk IDs.
7. Terminal will display Delete All Clerks? Select Yes to confirm the
choice of deleting all Clerk IDs, or No to cancel the operation
8. Terminal will display All Clerks Deleted, then return to the Clerk
Menu
Print Clerk ID List
This option allows you to print a list of the clerks.
1. At idle menu press [.,#*] for the Admin menu
2. Key in Admin name then press [Enter]
3. Key in Admin password then press [Enter]
4. Select 1 to highlight Clerk Menu, and then press [Enter]
5. Select 3 to highlight Print ID List, and then press [Enter]. After the
list completes printing, terminal returns to the Clerk Menu.
Clerk Prompt
This section is used to enable clerk prompting, and if enabled, whether
to prompt for just the ID, or ID and Name. If there is at least one
transaction in the open batch, or at least one open Pre-Auth, the error
message “MUST SETTLE BATCH or Pre-Auth existing” is displayed,
and the user is not allowed to change the setting.
1. At idle menu press [.,#*] for the Admin Menu
2. Key in Admin name then press [Enter]
3. Key in Admin password then press [Enter]
4. Select 1 to highlight Clerk Menu
5. Select 5 to highlight Clerk Prompt
6. Select 1 for off, 2 for ID Only, or 3 for ID & Name
