4.7.2 Cable Preparation Requirements
Cable with the pin terminal
Preparation procedure:
1. Strip the insulation layer to expose 6 mm of the conductor.
2. Pass the cable through a cable marking sleeve.
3. Insert the exposed conductor into the terminal, and then crimp the terminal with a crimping tool
recommended by the terminal manufacturer.
4. Sleeve the copper tube of the terminal with a 20 mm heat-shrink tube (Φ3) and then perform heat
shrink.
5. Insert the terminal into the screw terminal block.
