Overview of Pressure Control Features
Float Valve
The oat valve provides a visual indication of pressure within the cooker and
appears in 2 positions.
Pressurized
The oat valve is visible and ush with the lid.
Depressurized
The oat valve is sunken into the lid.
The oat valve and silicone cap work together to seal in pressurised steam.
These parts must be installed before use and should be cleaned after each use.

WARNING
Do not lean over or touch the
steam release assembly.
Do not place unprotected skin
over the steam release assembly.
Do not cover or obstruct the
steam release valve or cover.
