Outputs

The Output Test (Figure 76) checks the Internal (Piezo) Siren, the External Siren, the

Relay, and any other outputs that are configured.

When the On button is pressed, the output activates. In the case of pressing ON for the

Internal Siren, the system applies power to the siren. The siren stays on until the button

is pressed again or the Output Test window is closed. If the test is left on and the

window left open, the window closes automatically after four minutes.

Note: The sirens are designed to make a very loud noise. The volume level of the

sirens cannot be adjusted.

Test other outputs in a similar manner.

Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to contact the central monitoring

station before testing sensors.

1. From the Test screen, press OUTPUTS.

2. Press On next to the output to be tested.

The siren or output turns on. The siren stays on until the button is pressed again

or the Output Test window is closed. If the test is left on and the window is left

open, the window closes automatically after four minutes.

3. Press Off to stop the test.

4. Press CLOSE to exit.

5. If the central monitoring station was notified, inform them that this operation is

complete.
