Camera / Video Not Working
No image
1. Verify that the camera has power and is turned on.
2. Press the Applications icon.
3. Press the Cameras icon.
4. If the camera image has not loaded, contact the service provider.
Image visible but nothing changing
1. Verify a network connection.
2. See steps above.
3. If the problem has not resolved, contact the service provider.
Language for a User Code Incorrect
A user code was programmed for Spanish and appears as English, for example:
1. Press the Settings icon on the main screen, then press CONFIGURATION.
2. Enter the Master PIN access code.
3. Press USERS.
4. Press USERS again.
5. Select the desired user and press EDIT.
6. Select User Language and select the desired language.
7. Press CLOSE.
8. Press SAVE.
9. Press CLOSE until returning to the main screen.
SD Card Photos Not Displaying
Verify that the Photos icon is selected. If Photos are selected and the pictures are still
not displaying, contact the service provider.
1. Press the Settings icon on the main screen
2. Press the DISPLAY button located near the bottom left of the screen.
3. Select PHOTOS under the Screen Saver options.
4. Check the Screen Saver Delay time (listed in minutes : seconds). Change the setting
if desired.
