5. If photos are still not displaying, contact the service provider.
Sensor Not Functioning/Reporting Supervisory Error
Perform a sensor test (Figure 82). If the sensor is not recognized or fails the test,
contact the service provider.
1. Press the Settings icon on the main screen, then press CONFIGURATION.
2. Enter the Master PIN access code.
3. Press TEST.
4. Place all sensors in their secured (non-alarm) state.
5. From the Test screen, press SENSORS.

6. If a sensor is not listed, the system does not recognize it. Contact the service
provider.
If a sensor fails the sensor test, contact the service provider.
AdvisorOne Panel Low Battery Warning
It is normal for the Low Battery message to appear when the system is first set up. If the
message does not go away after three days, perform the Battery Test. For more
information, see Battery.
