Battery
The AdvisorOne battery is used to keep the system alive during an AC power failure. If
a Low Battery message is being displayed in system status or there is suspicion that the
battery may not be working properly, follow these steps to check battery status.
Note: It is normal for the Low Battery message to appear when the system is first set
up. If the message does not go away after three days, perform the Battery Test. If it
persists, contact the service provider.
1. Press the Settings icon on the lower left of the main screen.
2. Press CONFIGURATION on the lower right of the General Settings screen.
3. Enter the Master PIN access code.
4. Press TEST from the Configuration & Programming screen and press BATTERY
from the Test Menu screen (Figure 79).
