CK71 Service Work Instructions
Removal
1. Remove the bottom housing assembly (refer to Bottom Housing operation).
2. Remove the core assembly from the top housing (refer to Core Assembly operation).
Installation
1. Inspect the microphone cover on the keyboard PCB. If it needs to be replaced do that now. Refer to the Keyboard
PCB operation for details.
2. Re-install the core assembly into the top housing.
3. Re-install the bottom housing.
4. If this is a replacement top housing you will also need to install a new keypad overlay. Refer the the Keypad
Overlay operation.
