Main Logic Board
Different main logic boards have been used to produce CK71’s since it was introduced. Be sure to replace a
main logic board with one from the same 234-xxx-xxxx series as already installed in the unit being repaired. See
table below:

Removal
1. Remove the bottom housing assembly (refer to Bottom Housing operation).
2. Remove the core assembly from the top housing (refer to Core Assembly operation).
3. Remove the scan bracket assembly (refer to scan bracket assembly operation).
4. Remove the display assembly (refer to LCD Display & Touch Panel operation).
5. Disconnect the WLAN antenna coax cable from J4 on the main logic board.
6. Using a T7 torx driver remove four screws that attach the main logic board to the magnesium frame.
