Installation
1. Position the main logic board onto the magnesium frame.
2. Using a T7 torx driver install 4 screws and secure the main logic board to the magnesium frame with 2.5+/-0.2 in-
lbs of torque. Be sure to reinstall the plastic cable guide under the screw located next the the J4 coax connector.
3. Install the ground plate assembly . There are two different ground plates depending on the scan engine option.
4. Verify a clear insulator is in place on the other side of the main logic board. If this is a new main logic board you
will need to install a new insulator at this location. See photo below.
6. Re-install the display assembly.
7. Re-install the Scan bracket assembly.
9. Re-install the core assembly into the top housing.
10. Re-connect the WLAN antenna coax cable to J4 on the main logic board. Be sure it is routed around the plastic
guide as shown in the photo above.
11. Re-install the bottom housing assembly.
