CK71 Service Work Instructions
Installation
1. Reconnect the flex cable and secure with retaining bracket as shown in the picture below.
2. Route the flex cable through the slot in the scan mount bracket and slide the scan engine into place in the bracket
aligning it’s mounting holes with the holes in the bracket.
3. Using a #0 Phillips screwdriver install two screws and secure the scan engine to the scan bracket assembly with
1.2+/-0.2 in-lbs of torque.
4. Re-install the scan bracket assembly.
5. Re-install the bottom housing assembly.
