1.PerformthestepsintheLiftingthePatientsectionof
themanualbeforetransferringtoabed.
2.Lowerthebedtothelowestpositionbeforetransferring
thepatient.
3.Positionthepatientasfaroverthebedaspossible.
Ifthepatientisbeingtransferredfromasurface
thatislowerthanthebed,presstheUParrow
buttontosuspendthepatientabovethesurface
ofthebed.
