TheInvacarestandassistliftisNOTintendedas
atransportdevice.Ifthebathroomfacilitiesare
NOTnearthebedoriftheliftcannotbeeasily
maneuveredtowardsthecommode,thenthepatient
MUSTbetransferredtoawheelchairandtransported
tothebathroomfacilitiesbeforeusingtheliftagain
topositionthepatientonastandardcommode.

themanualbeforetransferringtoacommode.
2.Beforetransferringthepatient,theliftshouldbeguided
tothebathroomfacilitiestocheckthatitcanbeeasily
maneuveredtowardsthecommode.
