thewheelchairfortransport.
1.PerformthestepsintheLiftingthePatientsectionof
themanualbeforetransferringtoawheelchair .
2.Engagethewheellocksofthewheelchairtoprevent
movementofthewheelchair .
3.Positionthepatientoverthewheelchair .Thereshould
beoneassistantbehindthewheelchairtoensurethat
thepatientisasfarbackaspossibleintotheseatfor
properpositioning.
4.PresstheDOWNarrowbuttonandlowerthepatient
intothewheelchair.
5.Locktherearcasters.
6.Unhooktheslingfromallattachmentpointsonthelift.
7.Instructpatienttolifttheirfeetoffthefootplate.Assist
thepatientifnecessary.
8.Removetheslingfromaroundthepatient.
9.Unlocktherearcastersandpullthestandassistlift
awayfromthewheelchair .
