Theliftcanbecleanedwithnon-abrasivecleaners.
Motors,controlunitandmountingpartscanbedamagedif
theliftiscleanedanyotherwaythanstatedabove.
Theliftmustbewipedwithamoistened,rmlywrungcloth
withordinaryhouseholddisinfectants.Onlyusedisinfection
detergentsapprovedbythefacilityandfollowthefacility
policy.Formoreinformationabouttheresidencetime
andconcentrationofdisinfectants,pleasecontactyour
disinfectantdealerorthemanufacturerofthedisinfectant.
8.4ResettingtheServiceLight
Thisprocedureshouldonlybeperformedbya
qualiedtechnician.
Thisprocedureshouldonlybeperformedafter
performingthestepsintheCheckingtheService
Lightsection.

Youwillhearasoundwhentheservicelighthas
beenreset.
Theservicelightisnowresettoindicateaservice
requirementaftera12monthperiodor8000cycles.
Iftheservicelightisrequiredtobesetforaperiod
shorterthan12months,aspecialhandcontroland
furtherinstructionsarerequired.ContactInvacareto

8.5ReplacingtheElectricActuator
Thisprocedureshouldonlybeperformedbya
qualiedtechnician.Ifpossible,useanassistant
