themastassembly.Threadtheactuatorleadthrough
theactuatorleadroutingholeBinthemastassembly.
2.Removethehardwarethatsecuresthetopofthe
electricactuatortotheliftarmactuatormounting
bracketC.
a.RemovetherubbercapsDfromthenutEand
screwFthatattachtheelectricactuatortothelift
armactuatormountingbracket.
b.RemovethescrewF,washerG,bearingH,nylon
washerI,actuatorcapJ,bushingK,atwasher
LandnutE.
Theactuatorcapwillbecomeloosewhenthe
attachinghardwareisremoved.Inspectthe
actuatorcapfordamage.Replacetheactuator
capifdamageisfound.
3.Removethehardwarethatsecuresthebottomof
theelectricactuatortothemastassemblyactuator
mountingbracketM.
a.RemovetherubbercapsDfromthenutEand
screwFthatattachtheelectricactuatortothemast
assemblyactuatormountingbracket.
b.RemovethescrewF,washerG,bearingH,nylon
washerI,bushingK,bearingH,washerG,at
washerLandnutE.
4.ReverseSTEPS1-3toreplacetheelectricactuator.
CAUTION!
Improperassemblymaycauseinjuryordamage.
–DONOTovertightenthemountinghardware.
Thiswilldamagethemountingbracket.
