Goodrive350 series high-performance multi-function inverter Chapter 6
-186-
Detailed parameter description
5: 38400BPS
6: 57600BPS
7: 115200BPS
Note: Baud rate of the upper computer must be
the same with the inverter; otherwise,
communication cannot be performed. The larger
the baud rate, the faster the communication
speed.
The data format of upper computer must be the
same with the inverter; otherwise, communication
cannot be performed.
0: No parity check (N, 8, 1) for RTU
1: Even parity (E, 8, 1) for RTU
2: Odd parity (O, 8, 1) for RTU
3: No parity check (N, 8, 2) for RTU
4: Even parity (E, 8, 2) for RTU
5: Odd parity (O, 8, 2) for RTU
Communication
response delay
0–200ms
It refers to the time interval from when the data is
received by the inverter to the moment when the
data is sent to the upper computer. If the response
delay is less than the system processing time, the
response delay will be subject to system processing
time; if the response delay is longer than the system
processing time, data will be sent to the upper
computer at a delay after data process is done by
system.
Communication
timeout period
0.0 (invalid) –60.0s
This parameter will be invalid if it is set to 0.0;
When it is set to a non-zero value, if the time interval
between current communication and the next
communication exceeds the communication timeout
period, the system will report "485 communication
fault" (CE).
Under common situations, it is set to 0.0. In systems
which have continuous communication, users can
monitor the communication condition by setting this
parameter.
0: Alarm and coast to stop
