2.82.2.12 Centralized Attendant Service (CAS)
Description
Calls can be routed over the network to the Attendants of another system to provide Centralized
Attendant Service (CAS). A local System Attendant can route local Attendant calls to the Central
Attendants by activating Attendant DND. The Centralized Attendants receive the call under the
{Net DSS} button assigned for the local System Attendant. In addition, outside calls to networked
systems can directly ring the Centralized Attendants.
Operation
Local Attendant iPECS IP or LDP Phone
[TRANS/PGM] + {Flex Button} + [TRANS/PGM] + “83” + [HOLD/SAVE]
To assign [ATD DND] button
1. Press the {ATD DND} button.
To route local Attendant calls to the Central Attendants
