2.22.2 Conference Member View & Delete
Description
When you establish a Multi-Party conference, you are the Conference supervisor. As the
Supervisor, you can view, add, and remove parties from the conference. An iPECS IP or LDP
Phone with 3-Soft buttons is required.
Operation
IPECS phone & LDP Phones with 3-Soft buttons
1. Select the {VIEW} Soft button, the LCD displays the first Conference Member.
To view and modify the Conference members, while in the conference

2. Use the [VOL UP]/[VOL DOWN] buttons to scroll the list of members, use the [ADD] button
to add a member to the Conference, [DELETE] removes the member from the Conference.
The [BACK] button returns the display to the normal Conference display.
Conditions
1. Only supervisor of Multi-Party conference can use this feature.
2. Only the iPECS IP and LDP phones with 3 soft buttons can use this feature.

Description
In addition to ad-hoc Multi-party conferencing, you may open a Conference Room. Other internal
and external parties are invited to the conference and can join the conference without further
action by you, the Conference Room Supervisor. A Conference Room can be password
protected so that only parties that enter the password are allowed to join the Room. As parties
enter the Conference Room a tone is provided notifying members that a party has entered the
