Attaching the Collector or Repeater
Pole Mount
If the vertical pipe or pole exceeds 6.75 inches in diameter, you may use metal bands
instead of the mounting brackets to secure the mounting plate to the pipe or pole. Two
sets of slots (1.5 in. long) on the mounting plate are provided for the metal bands. It may
be necessary to use the remote 900 MHz antenna kit to achieve optimum RF performance
and GPS coverage if the pole obstructs the desired RF path.
To mount the collector or repeater on a pole
1. Attach the mounting disc to the back of the collector or repeater with the included
parts in the following order.
collector > mounting disk > flat washer > lock washer > bolt
