Is the house cold? Is there no hot water?
An overheat protector for the electric element is
located underneath the electric box ( 8). The
overheat protection is a safety device and should
not normally trip. Should the overheat protection
trip, press it in with a screwdriver or a similar
device. If the overheat protection device trips
frequently, call a service engineer to establish the
cause.
Does the pressure gauge in the connecting area
show the correct pressure?
The pressure gauge ( 13) should normally read
0.5-1.5 bar. If the pressure is below 0.5 bar then
there is not enough heating water. The dial for
filling water is in the connecting area ( 14).
Is the red lamp flashing?
Check and make a note of the error message on the
display. Acknowledge the alarm by pressing the
right button once. If the lamp goes off then all is
well.
If the lamp stops flashing and turns into a steady
red light, wait for 1-2 hours. Should the problem
remain contact your service engineer.
Is the compressor not working?
If there is an alarm text on the display this is
acknowledged by pressing the right button. Should
the alarm reoccur contact your service engineer.
Manual operation
If necessary the heating can be managed manually.
Turn the manual operation switch on the electric
box ( 6) to the On position. Press in the dial on the
shunt valve ( 9) and turn it to the desired
temperature. The temperature in the tank is preset
during commissioning to the correct temperature
depending on which heating system you have and
to ensure that heat is supplied.
The compressor and control equipment are
switched off during manual operation. Only the
ventilation and the electric element are
operational.
