g. Check that the manual operation switch ( 4) is
off. Turn the main switch to position 1 ( 5).
Start the heat pump by pressing the on/off
button on the display ( 6).
Check that the compressor is operating in the
right direction. (See For the installer.)
h. Before adjusting the air flow and filling the
ground coil, or if problems occur with the
pump, it should be run in manual mode.
Set the manual operation switch ( 4) in the On
position. The control panel will be turned off
and the water heated to the temperature set on
the thermostat ( 3).
NOTE: Changes to the thermostat ( 3) must be
carried out by a qualified person to avoid
unnecessary damage to the heating system.
On start-up, when the system still is cold, the heat
pump will prioritise heating of duration hot water.
This means that the flow temperature will be lower
than shown on the heat curve until the water has
reached the correct temperature.
