11.1 Ordering Information
To order or purchase parts for the LXi pool and
spa heater, contact your nearest Jandy dealer or dis-
tributor. Access the Jandy web site at www.jandy.com
for the nearest service center. If it cannot supply you
with what you need, contact Jandy's Customer Service
Department at 1.707.776.8200, extension 245.
NOTE To order the correct part, it is important that
you state the model number, serial number
and type of gas when applicable. This
information is on the rating plate inside
the heater.

1. All hardware sets contain all pieces necessary for assembly, including
gaskets.
2. Gaskets and hardware are included in all kits that involve the removal of a
gasket as part of the procedure to replace a part.
