We recommend you use 5W-40 sy
nthetic engine oil such as Mopar® that
meets the manufacturer Material Standard MS-12991 and the API SN
engine oil category is required.
Engine Oil Filter
We recommend you use a Mopar® Engine Oil Filter. If a Mopar® Engine
Oi
l Filter is unavailable only use filters that meet or exceed SAE/
USCAR-36 Filter Performance Requirements.
Fuel Filters — 3.0L Diesel Engine
We recommend you use Mopar® Fuel Filter. Must meet 3 micron rating.
Us
ing a fuel filter that does not meet the manufacturer filtration and
water separating requirements can severely impact fuel system life and
reliability.
