Fig. 6-6 The upper rear feed roller, the smooth roller A, should be secured against formation
of rust on the surface. If the machine is not in use for more than one day, the whole
surface should be lubricated with some oil.
ELECTRIC MOTORS
If the machine is not in use for a longer period, and in the winter time, it is
recommended to pull the spindle on the electric motors in to avoid formation of rust.
When dismounting the control panel in the cabin it should be stored in a dry and
warm place.
The plugs on the cables of the machine must be placed under a guard or wrapped up
to protect against wind and weather. They can be treated with spray.

Fig. 6-7 Two bolts A are loosened after which the eccentric B can be turned with a
screwdriver or the like. It is turned in + direction for tightening and in – direction for
loosening.
CAUTION: It should always be possible to move the chain at least 20 mm up
and down in the middle.
