Installation Instructions
Operator’s Manual QUADRIGA 1000/BB
v Instructions for the operator.
The following only applies if a unit is installed by a Service
Technician, who should do the following:
• Run the tests required at the end of machine
installation.
• Show the operator how to switch the unit on and off.
• Show all machine manoeuvres to the operator.
• Explain to the customer how to perform machine
maintenance.
• Deliver the Use and Maintenance instruction manual,
the Compliance Declaration and any other
documents, such as the Machine Spare Parts
Handbook.
IV. Testing procedures
Motor rotation check
This type of check must be made on machines at the
end of installation only.
• Press the turntable rotation control pedal: the wheel
must start and turn clockwise.
Should it rotate anticlockwise the machine must be
stopped and must not be used until it has been repaired
by an authorized technician.
WARNING: ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY NON
APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS SHALL
NOT BE DEBITED TO THE MANUFACTURER AND
SHALL VOID THE WARRANTY.
Final checks
When you start up the machine for the first time you
should:
• Check hoses and hose connections for air leaks.
• Check the oil level in the hydraulic control unit tank.
If necessary, top up the hydraulic circuits to the level
indicated with ESSO Niuto H46 or a similar type oil.
