or,
5, Fig.4.1-1 - Automatic Mounting ;
(Full Tire Mount); if just a rim with no tire is
clamped onto the Wheelholder Flange.
At this point to start the actual program the operator
needs to
keep the lever (2, Fig.4.1-2) on the Control Unit
activated until all the individual work phases are
enabled and performed in the correct order for the
entire course of the program.
This guarantees that the operator is in constant control
of all the tire changer movements and can interrupt it
rapidly in the event of problems or malfunctioning.
The operator can choose, at any time, to release the
lever and interrupt the cycle. If the main on/off switch is
left on and the operator does not exit the Automatic
modes currently in progress, work can be continued
from wherever the operator chooses.
Activating the lever in the opposite direction runs all
the movements in reverse until the tools are in the idle
position.
Note: The definition "Idle Position" refers to the
operating parts of the machine (bead
breaking tools and disks) and indicates that
they have moved right away from the tire
and are not currently in operation.
4.2.1 Automatic Demounting Program
Having completed the preliminary operations and having
pressed the Automatic Demounting key (6, Fig.4.1-
1), the machine is ready to run the Subprograms in
the tire demounting program.
Within the Automatic Demounting Program the following
Subprograms are run in this order:
- Bead breaking
- Removing the upper bead
- Removing the lower bead
Note: Every time the machine interrupts an
automated phase, the operator must
release the lever (2, Fig.4.1-2) and perform
the required operation (described in the
Operations chapter).
