Apply Screw Lock to mounting screws. Wipe off
excess adhesive.
Assemble leaf valve shim (if required) and leaf
stop. Install screws finger tight.
Center the leaf valves on the plate using index
marks.
Tighten screws securely.
Installation
Position leaf plate assembly and new gaskets on
powerhead. Install gaskets dry. Use no sealer.
Install intake manifold using six retaining screws.
Torque screws 60 to 80 in. lbs. (7 to 9 N·m).
