information.
・ Neutral ship: In accordance with ITU
resolution 18 (Mob-83), inform all ships
that own ship is of neutral nationality.
・ Medical TRANSP: Inform all ships
that own ship is performing medical
transportation, and is protected under the
1949 Geneva Convention.
